Between 10-14. July 2017 we hosted a course held by dr. Reinhold Greisbach (Universität zu Köln): Methods in Phonetics (sponsored by the Faculty of Humanities, ELTE). During the first half of the course, Professor Greisbach gave lectures on how the methods of natural sciences are applicable also in linguistics (especially phonetics). In the second half of the course, the participants had chance to practice their newly acquired knowledge through hands-on exercises.
