In the first week of September 2016 the Department of Phonetics ELTE hosted visiting researchers from the Univeristy of Cologne. Reinhold GREISBACH and Michelle MEIER are participants of a German-Hungarian collaboration funded by TKA and DAAD for the period of 2015-2016. The project is aiming at the investigation of the articulation of vowels in soprano singing in a cross-linguistic comparison involving German and Hungarian singer subjects. The Hungarian participants of the project are (in alphabetical order): BARTÓK Márton, DEME Andrea, JANKOVICS Julianna, MARKÓ Alexandra and WEIDL Zsófia. The principal investigators of the project are MARKÓ Alexandra and Reinhold GREISBACH.
